What do I get when I order a blog theme? Once your order is processed, you will recieve a zip file (via email) containing the WordPress theme, PSD's or graphics (such as logos, without any text on, so you can easily add your own), and a plain HTML version of the template so you can use it without WordPress. And of course you get free lifetime support over email, ICQ, MSN, and Google Chat.

After I pay, how long does it take to get my theme? Within 24 hours, but 9 times out of 10 you will get it straight away.

Can you install it for me? Sure. For free? Of course. Although it is very easy to install yourself. Just upload it to your WordPress install directory, login to wp-admin/ and select your new theme. But if you still want us to do it for you just let us know!

Can you customise it for me? Sure. For free? Of course. With any WordPress blog theme you purchase, if you want we will change the text on the logo to whatever you want at no extra cost (assuming your chosen theme doesn't just have a plain text logo). We can also do further changes, such as changing the colours, adding a new section, changing the layout if required etc. Small customisations are of course included in the price (ie no extra cost), but we may have to charge for larger tasks so get in touch with us first

How many sites can I use the theme on? Any theme you buy can be used by you on as many sites as you want providing they are your sites. By "your sites" we mean that it meets the following criteria: You own the domain, the WHOIS data (if public) is listed under your name for the domain, you are responsible for content within the blog, and you are not using the blog theme for someone else.

How do you accept payments? Only PayPal at this time. You can pay with a credit/debit card without needing a PayPal account

What if WordPress updates, and old templates no longer work? Don't worry, we will release updates as soon as we hear about any new ways that WordPress deals with templates.

Can I have a custom theme? Sure. Our prices are very reasonable, too. We can start from scratch, or convert your current layout into a fully working WordPress theme.

Can you make me a plugin for WordPress? Probably. 9 times out of 10 we can. The main reason for that 1 time out of 10 is that because there are so many plugins out there, the only type of plugins people now require are really obscure ones, that sometimes can mean far too much programming time than it is worth for any client to pay us!!
