What the licenses mean you can and can't do

Unlimited License

You can use this on as many sites/domains/blogs that YOU PERSONALLY OWN or YOUR COMPANY OWNS. You may not sell, redisribute, or modify then redistribute in any way shape or form. It is called unlimited as YOU can do anything YOU want to do.

Exclusive License

You can do anything you want. Please note though that I may have sold it as an "unlimited license" before you bought it as "exclusive", so there may be a small number of sites also using the theme.

Use these themes at your own risk. Please read the following End User agreement.

Important - Read Carefully

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity, also known as a "client") and Ashley Baker ("I", "myself") for any work ("my work", "work provided") provided to you by myself. Work includes but is not limited to: any computer code (also known as a script, source code, software code or other names) any updates to software already existing any search engine optimisation or any other service I provide to you, based upon what is requested.

Work can be (but is not limited to) the "theme" which you can purchase from the Internet Splash shop.

By using, installing copying or otherwise any work or themes provided by myself you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA please do not use or install any work provided to you by myself, and destroy any copies of the work provided.

You may not resell any of my work without a strict written agreement. This is only provided when you purchase the exclusive license.

Product Warranty and Liability for Damages I expressly disclaims any warranty for any provided work. My work and any related documentation is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties or merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of my work remains with you. In no event shall I be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use this product, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because some states/jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, the above limitation may not apply to you.

So basically use at your own risk, and do not redistribute or sell without permission. This permission is granted when you buy the "exclusive" package.
